Symbol of the Fasces, on the back of the Truman dime. Dating from the time before the Romans. This bundle of rods (bound-slaves) surrounding an axe (The power of the state): This symbol also decorates the walls of the U.S. congress, And the arms of the chair in which Lincoln sits, in the Lincoln Memorial. ‘Fasces’ stand for imperial power over all subjects.
The time has finally come when the United States Government has absolutely lost its actual constitutional structure. The ‘presidency’ no longer just administers the laws: The dictator now writes the laws and decides what is legal and what is not. Instead of having a government that is legal or constitutionally directed—we have a dictatorship where an imposter has declared himself the tyrant King of the Universe: And where – RESISTANCE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
One of his latest scribblings is yet another obscenity. This one goes with his continuing expansions into gun-grab-legislation that he has absolutely no authority to venture into; because to write such drivel in attempting to chip away at the second amendment, is to commit a federal crime against the U.S. Constitution. And for a resident in the Oval Office to do so is an impeachable offense.
And IGNORANCE of the LAW is still no excuse!
“A little-discussed executive order from President Obama giving foreign cops new police powers in the United States by exempting them from such drudgery as compliance with the Freedom of Information Act is raising alarm among commentators who say INTERPOL already had most of the same privileges as diplomats”
…the issue is Obama’s expansion of President Ronald Reagan’s order from 1983 that originally granted those diplomatic privileges.
Reagan’s order carried certain exemptions requiring that INTERPOL operations be subject to several U.S. laws such as the Freedom of Information Act. Obama, however, removed those restrictions in his Dec. 16 amendment to Executive Order 12425.
That means, van der Galien wrote today, “this foreign law enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse.”
“‘Property and assets,’ including the organization’s records, cannot be searched or seized. Their physical locations are now immune from U.S. legal or investigative authorities,” he wrote.
“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them,” he wrote.
At the ThreatsWatch.org website, authors Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton gave their interpretation of the result.
“In light of what we know and can observe, it is our logical conclusion that President Obama’s Executive Order amending President Ronald Reagans’ 1983 EO 12425 and placing INTERPOL above the United States Constitution and beyond the legal reach of our own top law enforcement is a precursor to more damaging moves.” (1)
Here are few more things that seem to have recently-preoccupied our illegal dictator. Apparently Barry Soweto is the only government we have, in every area, who is allowed to do anything (and everything) – no matter how ILLEGAL. The congress won’t challenge him the courts don’t oversee his actions, and the recalcitrant public will apparently tolerate anything that this traitor does in every area of life or death in the USA…
Obama will allow lawmakers to see secret memo on targeted killings 06 Feb 2013 President Obama yielded Wednesday to congressional demands that he provide access to a secret legal memo on the targeted killing of American terrorism suspects overseas, avoiding a confrontation that threatened the confirmation of John O. Brennan as his new CIA director. Senate Democrats and Republicans, including several on the intelligence committee, had threatened to delay, if not derail, Brennan’s confirmation in a Thursday hearing. The administration had described the memo as an internal “work product” that does not have to be shared with Congress. Lawmakers accused the administration of a lack of transparency and likened its handling of the issue to the refusal of the George W. Bush administration to provide access to legal memos justifying the use of harsh interrogation torture methods against terrorism suspects.
Obama to give white paper on targeted killings to Congress 06 Feb 2013 The Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday morning will receive a classified document that seeks to justify the administration’s policy of targeting Americans overseas via drone attacks, chairwoman Dianne Feinstein said late Wednesday. “I am pleased that the president has agreed to provide the Intelligence Committee with access to the OLC (Office of Legal Counsel) opinion regarding the use of lethal force in counterterrorism operations,” the California Democrat said in a statement. The announcement came shortly after an administration official said that President Barack Obama had yielded to demands that he turn over to Congress the classified Justice Department legal advice that seeks to justify the policy.
White House silent over CIA drone reports as pressure builds on Brennan 06 Feb 2013 The pressure on John Brennan, Barack Obama’s nominee for CIA director and the architect of the White House strategy on drones, intensified on Wednesday amid revelations of a secret CIA drone base in Saudi Arabia and anger in Congress at the administration’s refusal to reveal the legal basis for killing US citizens. The Obama administration and Saudi Arabia were silent over reports on Wednesday that the CIA is secretly using an air base in Saudi Arabia to conduct its controversial drone assassination campaign in neighbouring Yemen. The reports revealed that the drones that killed the US-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and his son in September 2011, and Said al-Shehri, a senior al-Qaida [al-CIAduh] commander who died from his injuries last month, were launched from the unnamed base. The revelation is an embarrassment to the White House, which pressured the Washington Post and some other news organizations to suppress the information for 12 months on national security grounds.
Leaked Obama administration memo sets out case for killing US citizens –Paper does not specify ‘minimum legal requirements for launching lethal attacks on US citizens 05 Feb 2013 The detailed circumstances in which a US government may order the killing of an American citizen who is may be a high-ranking member of al-Qaida have been revealed in a leaked memo prepared by Obama administration lawyers. The document, acquired by NBC and dating from 2011, lays out for the first time the precise rationale for carrying out targeted killings of senior al-Qaida members who are US citizens, and who are believed to pose an “imminent threat of violent attack” against America. In a key passage in the document–which is unsigned–it argues that for a US citizen who has rights under the due process clause and the fourth amendment, “that individual’s citizenship would not immunize from a lethal operation”.
CIA using Saudi base for drone assassinations in Yemen 06 Feb 2013 The CIA is secretly [‘Secretly.’ Hmm… not so much, lol!] using an airbase in Saudi Arabia to conduct its controversial drone assassination campaign in neighboring Yemen, according to reports in the US media. Neither the Saudi government nor the country’s media have responded to the reports revealing that the drones that killed the US-born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki and his son in September 2011 and Said al-Shehri, a senior ‘al-Qaida’ commander who died from his injuries last month, were launched from the unnamed base. Saudi Arabia has previously publicly denied co-operating with the US to target al-Qaida in Yemen.
Secret US assassination drone base in Saudi Arabia exposed 06 Feb 2013 The existence of a previously secret US assassination drone base in Saudi Arabia has come to light amid President Barack Obama’s bid to install his counterterrorism adviser and architect of his covert targeted-killing policy, John Brennan, as the next CIA director. CIA terror drones flown out of a secret American base in Saudi Arabia were used to carry out the “only strike intentionally targeting a US citizen” to kill Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16-year-old son in a 2011 attack in Yemen, The Washington Post reports on Wednesday. The Obama administration’s highly controversial and secret targeted-killing program has relied on an expanding collection of assassination drone bases maintained by the CIA spy agency and the US military’s Joint Special Operations Command.
Pakistani ambassador to U.S. calls CIA drone strikes a ‘clear violation’ 05 Feb 2013 CIA drone strikes in Pakistan are “a clear violation of our sovereignty and a violation of international law” that threaten stable relations between the two governments, Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States said Tuesday. Persistent reports that Pakistan has tacitly approved the strikes while publicly denouncing them are untrue, Ambassador Sherry Rehman said. “Let me assure you that since we have been in government, there has been no quiet complicity, no question of wink and nod,” she said, referring to the hundreds of drone attacks on militant civilian targets, most of them under the Obama administration.
Congress looks to limit drone strikes 05 Feb 2013 Uncomfortable with the Obama administration’s use of deadly drones, a growing number in Congress is looking to limit America’s authority to kill suspected terrorists, even U.S. citizens. The Democratic-led outcry was emboldened by the revelation in a newly surfaced Justice Department memo that shows drones can strike against a wider range of threats, with less evidence, than previously believed. The drone program, which has been used from Pakistan across the Middle East and into North Africa to find and kill an unknown number of ‘suspected terrorists,’ is expected to be a top topic of debate when the Senate Intelligence Committee grills John Brennan, the White House’s pick for CIA chief, at a hearing Thursday.
City in Virginia Becomes First to Pass Anti-Drone Legislation 05 Feb 2013 Charlottesville, Va., has become the first city in the United States to formally pass an anti-drone resolution. The resolution, passed Monday, “calls on the United States Congress and the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia to adopt legislation prohibiting information obtained from the domestic use of drones from being introduced into a Federal or State court,” and “pledges to abstain from similar uses with city-owned, leased, or borrowed drones.” The measure also endorses a proposed two-year moratorium on drones in Virginia.
‘Coalition of the Bribed’ bigger than anyone suspected: CIA rendition: more than a quarter of countries ‘offered covert support’ — Report finds at least 54 countries co-operated with global kidnap, detention and torture operation mounted after 9/11 attacks 05 Feb 2013 The full extent of the CIA’s extraordinary rendition program has been laid bare with the publication of a report showing there is evidence that more than a quarter of the world’s governments covertly offered support. A 213-page report compiled by the Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI), a New York-based human rights organization, says that at least 54 countries co-operated with the global kidnap, detention and torture operation that was mounted after 9/11, many of them in Europe. So widespread and extensive was the participation of governments across the world that it is now clear the CIA could not have operated its program without their support, according to the OSJI. “There is no doubt that high-ranking Bush administration officials bear responsibility for authorizing human rights violations associated with secret detention and extraordinary rendition, and the impunity that they have enjoyed to date remains a matter of significant concern,” the report says.” (2)
Grossly Illegal Contradictions
“Since the day that the five Supreme Court ‘Justices’: Rehnquist, O’Conner, Scalia, Thomas & Kennedy broke the law: This nation has been at war with itself.
It’s time to face this fact and charge the five members in the illegal 5-4 decision. As the top-court in the land when the U.S. Supreme Court chose to break the law this made every other court below them meaningless. This is something I spelled out when called for jury-duty here and was immediately dismissed from that court-duty date.
The decision the CRIMINAL-FIVE made was not within their right to-act. That decision was supposed to have been made, or not-made, by the United States Congress. Because they kept silent, that entire congress which existed back in 2000 must face criminal-charges now for their actions on 12, 12, 2000. That piece of treason brought on everything else that this nation has undergone from that day to this.” (3)
The last time I looked this country was still not officially listed as a DICTATORSHIP—yet somewhere along the way that has apparently already-happened. Whether or not this is “official policy” or just obscenity gone wild with arrogant-self-indulgence, on the part of the man-with-three-names: However IF THESE CRIMES ARE NOT STOPPED OR EVEN CHALLENGED, then these policies are in danger of becoming the defacto-law of the land that used to be called the United States of America.
It is not “just our guns” that these bastards want: It’s all of us in body, mind and spirit that they want to exterminate. Unless we go after them at every level of their power-grab, then we will end up in their camps as the slaves they have created for just that purpose.
There is no room left to live here. Either this criminal-government entirely goes, or the people must unconditionally-surrender to this Nazi-State without end…
